Crystal pickaxe

The Crystal pickaxe requires 1 Attack to equip. It also requires level 81 Mining to be used as a mining tool. A player does not have to equip the pickaxe for it to be used in Mining, but having an extra inventory space is nice. Mines faster than the Dragon pickaxe, but not as fast as the Celestial pickaxe.
