Nezik is the first slayer master a player has available. The other ones being Glimgast at 75 Slayer and Lazarus at 99 Slayer. They all give you access to the Slayer shop, by going through the dialog, or right-clicking the NPC. Nezik tasks are easy to complete, and is the one you want to utilize if you are ever in need of slayer points.
Keep resetting slayer tasks, until you get a 30~kc task, and always skip dementors. Dinodragons are slow but if you need cash to skip tasks, they are nice in that sence.
