This Mysterious Stranger is often found wondering around behind the Invention building at Home. He offers the ability for Ironmen & players with challenge mode to either de-iron or to remove the challenge game mode XP.
It is important to note however that these changes are IRRIVERSABLE and you CANNOT change this after accepting.
