It is used to upgrade Stygian's set (corrupt) or Stygian's set (corrupt) (+)

How to create
Head on over to the Arcane Compressor. Insert your Demonhunter armor pieces. DO NOT put your Demonhunter daggers into the compressor it will scrap for Melee fragments and you will need it for the next step.
