Leviathan gloves

Leviathan gloves is your best in slot magic gloves. And is a huge upgrade from Barroews gloves. You can't get the Leviathan gloves as a drop, but you are able to get the Serpent hide from Gyarados.

The hide is used with a needle and thread in order to make the Leviathan gloves, this also requires 90 Crafting.
