Runecraft, often called Runecrafting, is a skill that allows players to craft their own runes to enchant Strongboxes. Usually this skill is very slow and tedious, as for RuneSaga, this is not the case. All of your runecrafting altars and the place to mine Pure essence are packed into the same space.
How to obtain my pure essence
There are various ways to obtain Pure essence:
- Click on the skilling portal at home -> Go North east down into the essence cave -> Mine essence on the rock and runecraft/bank after
- Can be obtained from various monsters in game, such as; Gyarados and Fluffy
- From Strongboxes and/or the Crystal Chest
- Mains can buy Pure essence from other players

AFK Zone
In the AFK Zone located at home you can AFK Runecraft at the "Mysterious ruins" which will net you 150k xp/hr for normal mode and 60k xp/h for challenge mode.
