Celestial shards
Celestial shards you gain from Mining the Crystal outcrop, found inside the Celestial cave. In order for you to be able to mine these outcrops, you need to purchase a Mining permit, for 3,500 Stardust.
When ground down, the Celestial dust is used in the creation of Celestial potions.
