Fletching
Fletching is a skill used in the creation of Strongboxes. Strongboxes are a great way to get skilling supplies, like herbs for Herblore.
Alternatively you could also use a Chisel on gems to craft bolt tips for a bit of Fletching experience, these bolt tips has no uses and can be thrown away.

Making planks is the fastest way to get 99 fletching.
Keep making the highest planks to get 99. You can purchase a Knife from the Shop Keeper at home, Adam for Ironmen.
