The Enraged heart functions as a Super combat potion with a higher stat increase, no cooldown, and holds 500 charges. After 500 uses (or whenever you feel like charging it) a player needs to use more fragments on the heart.
Each activation provides a temporary skill boost to Attack, Strength, and Defence level respectively, equal to 4 + 23% of the player's current Attack, Strength, and Defence level, rounded down, and will wear off at a rate of 1 level every 60 seconds.

Charging
To charge the heart back up, a player needs to use Melee fragments on it. It will consume up too it's maximum 500 charges, 1 Melee fragments per charge.
