Glimgast

Glimgast is the second slayer master, you need level 75 Slayer to get tasks from Glimgast. The other ones being Nezik at 1 Slayer and Lazarus at 99 Slayer. They all give you access to the Slayer shop, by going through the dialog, or right-clicking the NPC.
