The Prize Wheel is located at home next to Fortune Token Card Vendor, north east of the fountain and close to the Prayer Zone teleport.
One spin costs 1 spin token, which can be obtained either by voting (each claimed vote awards one spin token) or bought in the website store.
All rewards except Vote ticket, Deluxe prize bag, Fortune Token and Heist key are various cosmetic overrides.
