Fletching
Fletching is a skill used in the creation of Strongboxes and the Serpentstrike. Strongboxes are a great way to get skilling supplies, like herbs for Herblore.
Alternatively you could also use a Chisel on gems to craft bolt tips for a bit of Fletching experience, these bolt tips has no uses and can be thrown away.

Keep making the highest planks to get 99. You can purchase a Knife from the Shop Keeper at home, Adam for Ironmen.
