Completionist cape

The Completionist cape is awarded to a player who has achieved the pinnacle of RuneSaga. The requirements for wielding this cape are achieving 99 in all stats, completing all Achievements and completing at least 15 collection logs. The cape is purchased from the Completionist cape to the east of home in the shops for 1 billion gp. On top of the stats the cape gives, it also gives 3% to both crit and luck.
