The Unholy stone is used in the creation of Unholy incinerator, which is an upgrade to the Bonecrusher. It has a 25% chance of granting the player altar exp when incinerating bones. Can be bought from Barlock inside the Whomping Woods minigame lobby.
If you do happen to have the Bonafide perk, the incinerator takes priority.
