The Combo trinket can only be obtained from the Room 4 and Room 5 Gilded Sarcophagus's.

After every room of Armies of Anubis (AoA) you gain the chance to loot the Gilded Sarcophagus. The Combo trinket is gained only from Room 4 and Room 5.
