The Imbued heart functions as a Magic potion with an even greater stat increase, no cooldown, and holds 500 charges. After 500 uses (or whenever you feel like charging it) a player needs to use more fragments on the heart.
Each activation boosts magic damage by +6%. This effect will override the +3% boost of a Celestial magic potion. 'BUT the increased magic level of a Celestial magic potion stays, so it is still viable to use them both at the same time, for the accuracy and damage boost.

To charge the heart back up, a player needs to use Magic fragments on it. It will consume up too it's maximum 500 charges, 1 Magic fragments per charge.
