The Elric's hood (corrupt) requires 75 Defence to equip, and is one of four ranged pieces of the Elric's set (corrupt). The corrupt versions are the baseline equipment obtained for Temple of Trials, or bought from Zalak for 3000 Corrupt remnant.

A player can upgrade the equipment set twice in order to obtain the current best in slot ranged equipment in the game. In order to upgrade Elric's hood (corrupt) you need the full set of corrupt gear, all three Temple of Trials Machines, an AoE Crystal (ranged) and/or the Sylvan glyph.

You do not have to choose which between the two, you can inset both the crystal and the glyph into the same set.

When doing Temple of Trials on regular mode, you have a 1/125 chance to hit the unique table. If you where to have the highest damage of your party, you are awarded the MPV title, where the chance of hitting the unique table is down to 1/100.

Upgrading your Elric's set (corrupt) to the Elric's set (corrupt) (+) adding AoE and other stat increases to your Elrioc's set. You can further upgrade it with a Sylvan glyph.
