The Essence of Magic is used to fill the Magic tank located in the manhole next to the Slayer Master Lazarus.
Which then has the ablity to store to Occult slayer helmet within the tank. Players are able to wear any headgear while still benefiting from the passive +20% damage to slayer tasks, when using any magic weapon.
