Cooking requires a fire or a stove to cook. There is an infinite fire at skilling zone located east right next to the fishing pond.

Flayers can also use their Firemaking skill to light their own fires and cook food there.

Magikarp scales is an item used to charge the Serpentstrike, and while you're cutting Magikarp you get Cooking experience.

The Cooking outfit does NOT affect the experience you get from cutting Magikarp

AFK Zone
