How to create

Head on over to the Arcane Compressor. Insert your Psychic armor pieces. DO NOT put your Psychic staff into the compressor as it will scrap for Magic fragments and you will need it for the next step.

Now take your newly created Psychic fragments over to the Quantum Forge. With your Psychic fragments and Psychic staff, create the Psychic glyph.

Uses

Take the Psychic glyph over to the Aeon Accelerator

Upgrading your Ilion's set (corrupt) to the Ilion's set adding the bonus magic damage and set effect from Psychic. You can further upgrade it with an AoE Crystal (magic).

If you already fused your set with the AoE Crystal (magic), you can upgrade your Ilion's set (corrupt) (+) to the Ilion's set (+), adding the bonus magic damage and set effect from Psychic. Making it the strongest magic set in game.
